Our Story
We realized a fundamental truth about India's governance: We don't lack good policies, we lack effective last-mile execution.
Born from the grassroots of Chhattisgarh, Neeti Varta was founded to solve this execution paralysis. We decided to stop writing research papers that gather dust and started building a live, measurable, and tech-driven force of "Citizen Consultants" who translate complex schemes into real benefits for the most vulnerable demographics.
Our Mission
To empower individuals, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and influence public policy. We are building a movement of active, informed citizens, driven by a hard operational target of deploying 500 Neeti Sahayak Fellows by Year 5.

Through Neeti Kaushal, we equip passionate individuals with the practical knowledge of public policy, district administration, and scheme frameworks via our rigorous assignments.
2. Deploy
Through Neeti Sahayak, trained fellows are deployed at helpdesks to directly assist citizens with scheme execution, documentation, and grievance redressal in Tier-2 and Tier-3 districts.
3. Feedback & M&E
Through Neeti Analyst, the live field data is processed to generate impact reports and policy briefs for District Collectors, Institutional Partners, and CSR Boards.
