2Training Engine (Neeti Kaushal)
B2C Learner Programs
- 7-Day "No Questions Asked" Window (For DPPP):
For our long-term flagship program, the District Project Professional Program (DPPP), if you feel the program is not a fit for your career, you can request a refund within the first 7 days of your cohort's commencement.
Note on Processing Fees: While we refund the course fee, a nominal 3% deduction will be applied to the total transaction amount. This strictly covers non-refundable Payment Gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay) and administrative costs.
- Short-Term Programs & Bootcamps:
Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and limited seating, fees for 1-Day Bootcamps, 1-Week Programs, and 1-Month individual courses are strictly non-refundable once access is granted.
3Deployment Engine (Neeti Sahayak)
Grassroots Consultancy Fees
- Service Execution: Micro-consultancy fees paid via our digital platform or physical helpdesks are non-refundable once the application processing, document preparation, or grievance filing has been initiated by our Citizen Consultants.
- Failed Transactions: If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, it will be automatically refunded by our payment gateway within 5-7 business days.
4Technology Layer (Neeti Analyst)
B2B SaaS Subscriptions
- SaaS Subscriptions: B2B subscription fees for the Neeti Analyst platform are billed monthly/annually. Cancellations will stop future billing, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current active billing cycle.
- Data Licensing: Fees paid for verified governance data insights and policy briefs are final and non-refundable upon the delivery of the access credentials.

Processing TimelineApproved refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking and RBI guidelines.
