Neeti Varta operates through a dual-engine model supported by an advanced digital layer. These terms apply to all users engaging with the following:
- Engine 1 - Neeti Kaushal (Training & Certification): We offer work-based skill development courses, including Boot Camps, LMS Programs, and our flagship District Project Professional Program (DPPP).
- Engine 2 - Neeti Sahayak Kendra (NSK): We operate physical and digital helpdesks where our deployed "Citizen Consultants" assist citizens with government scheme enrollment and grievance redressal.
- The Technology Layer: Our AI-Enabled Policy Intelligence platform includes a Learning Management System (LMS), CRM, ERP modules, and the Neeti Analyst (MELA) platform.
3User Accounts & Access
- Learners & Fellows: Access to the LMS is provided strictly for onboarding, coursework, assessments, and certification tracking. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
- B2B & B2G Partners: Access to the Neeti Analyst platform (MELA) and live M&E Dashboards is granted based on specific B2B contracts, government empanelment agreements, or active AI-Based Platform Subscriptions.
4Payments, Fees & Subscriptions
- Course Fees: Enrollment in Neeti Kaushal programs requires upfront payment processed via our secure gateway (Razorpay).
- Consultancy Fees: Users accessing NSK digital consultant services may be subject to standard micro-consultancy fees.
- Refund Policy: All refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by our standalone Refund Policy provided at the time of purchase.
5Data Logs & Licensing
Audit Logs: By utilizing NSK services or the Neeti Analyst platform, you acknowledge that field data and system interactions are recorded as verifiable audit logs to ensure grassroots accuracy.
Data Licensing: Neeti Varta reserves the right to anonymize, aggregate, and monetize verified governance data by licensing these broad insights to partner consultancies and government agencies, strictly adhering to applicable data privacy laws.
6Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer
The Neeti Analyst platform integrates advanced AI reasoning models to generate automated briefs and policy analytics. No Legal Guarantee: While these tools are designed for policy optimization, Neeti Varta does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated summaries. Fellows and government partners must use these insights as supplementary decision-making tools and not as definitive legal or policy directives.
7Intellectual Property
All content on this platform is the exclusive intellectual property of Neeti Varta. This includes:
- Hyper-localised curriculum content and digital coursework.
- Platform interfaces, codebases, and M&E Dashboards.
- Proprietary methodologies, including the "Train-Deploy-Feedback" framework.
